In another obituary message Ms Jayalalithaa condoled the death of  Soundararajan, a sub inspector,Madurantakkam special branch who died while on harness.Condoling his death Ms Jayalalithaa announced a solatium of 2 lakh rupees from the Chief Minister's Public relief fund

In another message Ms Jayalalithaa condoled the death of one Mookkappan who was attacked by a wild elephant.A solatium of 3 lakh rupees from the forest department  was announced to his family by the Chief Minister.
