The Senate leader of Chile Guido Girardi today called on the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Ms Jayalalithaa at the state secretariat in Chennai.
This was described as a courtesy call. Girardi was accompanied by Honarary Senators Juan Pablo Leterlier, Carlos Cantero, Chile's Ambassador in India Cristian Barros and the Honorary Consul of Chile in Chennai, Sunitha Shahane.
